Welcome to my blog, and my breast cancer journey. Breast Cancer is one of those things that happens to other people, but not to you. No one in my family on my mom's or dad's side has had breast cancer. Nothing can prepare you to hear the words "you have breast cancer". When I received the phone call from my doctor informing me that I had breast cancer, my mind was filled with so many questions, as I did research on the internet the information was over whelming to say the least, the more I read, the more questions I had, the more searching I did and then I would have to take a break from it all. I hope as I share my story, information that I uncovered, and pictures, I might be able to help someone else who has been newly diagnosed.
